Information we may collect from you

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. Where your information is stored

We store your information, whenever possible, on secure servers in the European Economic Area (EEA) (except for data that we gather when you sign up to our email newsletters).

When you sign up to our email marketing

We use Mailchimp for our email marketing.

Mailchimp has staff based outside the EEA, and stores your data in the USA. Mailchimp is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework so are qualified and GDPR compliant to receive and process your information. We do not or will not knowingly sell or share this information with any third parties. The purpose of collecting this information is solely to provide you, the subscriber, with quality content, access to videos and marketing communications.

We operate ‘double opt-in’ mailing lists so you will need to reconfirm your subscription regarding each opt-in.

We will continue to send you email newsletters and alerts until you tell us not to or use the unsubscribe option on any of our emails. You may cancel your subscription and revoke your consent to the storage or processing of this data at any time. The unsubscribe option is available in every automated communication we send.

Security

Your personal data is held on secure servers hosted in Ireland by our Internet Service Provider. The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we have taken reasonable steps to protect your personal data.

Disclosing your information

We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements. IP Addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
